An average HVAC man will come clean all your heating and air products for around $80 - $100. It is recommended, as it is an excellent way of preventative maintenance. Changing your filter every month or two can cut breakdowns down by over 50%. That is a lot of money considering that most HVAC companies charge from $50 - $90 to tell you just what is wrong. So just remember, change your filter!
